TEX AXES SEASON (3) 2025 LEAGUE SCHEDULE
Tex Axes is the Premier Axe Throwing Facility in the Greater Houston Area. We are pleased to announce our 2025 “Spring League” schedule and would love to have everyone interested participate in our World Axe Throwing League (WATL) sanctioned leagues
League Information
Axe throwing leagues are specifically designed for accessibility for anyone who loves the sport of axe throwing.
Tex Axes hosts WATL Sanctioned leagues 4 times each year. Standard training techniques, scoring and additional features ensure all league members find the competition challenging, fair and accessible.

NON-SANCTIONED
youth league
Tex Axes Youth League is specifically designed for youth ages 8 -18 years of age who want to compete in both disciplines of Hatchet, Big Axe and Knives in accordance with WATL & WKTL rules.
The league is run similar to the adult league with 8 weeks of competition, camaraderie and sportmanship.
3 groups are available
- Ages 16 - 18
- Ages 13 - 15
- Ages 8 - 12
Cost $120
- Starts Saturday, July 12th 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Every Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Parent or Guardian must sign waiver for under 18.

Sunday league
WATL Sanctioned Throwing Leagues with 8 weeks of competition, camaraderie and sportsmanship.
Cost $120 per League
- Starts Sunday, July 6th and Ends Sunday August, 24th
- WATL - Hatchet1:00 pm Practice 2:00 Start
- WATL - Hatchet Duals 2:00 pm Practice 3:00 Start
- WKTL - Knives 3:00 pm Practice 4:00 Start
- WKTL - Knife Duals 4:00 pm Practice 5:00 Start
